Ayeza Khan is one of the most successful and highest-paid television actresses of Pakistan. Born on 15 January 1991 in Karachi, she grew up in a middle-class family of Mohajir background and discovered her interest in acting during her school years. She made her debut in 2009 with a supporting role in the drama Tum Jo Miley and went on to appear in several serials before landing her breakthrough.
Rise to stardom
Ayeza's first major success came with Tum Kon Piya (2011), which made her a household name. Over the next decade she delivered a string of hit dramas, including Mere Meherbaan, Khaani (2017-18), where her performance as the resilient Khaani earned her the Lux Style Award for Best TV Actress, Meher Posh (2022) and the phenomenally successful Mere Paas Tum Ho (2019), in which she played Mehwish opposite Humayun Saeed. She also headlined Chaudhry and Sons (2020) and Jaan-e-Jahan (2023).
