Biography
King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz (1924-2015) was King of Saudi Arabia from 2005 until his death in 2015. He launched King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), expanded women's education, and pursued moderate reforms. He is remembered for his progressive approach within the constraints of Saudi society.
